This page is a tribute to those team members who have set a goal and have achieved it during this time period. They have decided where they want to go and are taking the steps necessary to get where they are headed. They are training to finish the race with flying colors and a pride in their accomplishments.
I am honored to feature each one here for their laser focus, their hard work, their ability to think creatively to achieve their goal and to get to work daily and do what it takes!
It is an honor to call them friends and colleagues!

Donna Davis from Arizona has achieved her goals and more. Here are her thoughts...
Everyone has busy lives, whether that's with jobs, family, community or church activities. Carving out time to work this business takes discipline. It's easier to procrastinate or to go watch TV and sometimes I've done that. But success in any business takes discipline and persistence. If you need to write out a detailed schedule of times when you're going to do activities, do that. Then have a "check-in" either IM or by phone with a partner. Get serious about your goals because the only one that gets cheated if you don't reach them is you. Think about what really stops you and then talk to someone about how to overcome it. Just commit to yourself to do everything on your list no matter what. It's amazing how great it feels!
Congratulations, Donna! | |

The desire to fullfill my dreams and to have more freedom while helping other people acheive their goals is the driving success with my business.
Goal setting has helped me to develop a vision and a dream of where I want to go not only with my business but in my life as well.

What I have found is that the clearer my vision becomes the more focused I am.
I feel it is important to have your vision and why clear.
When I make a commitment to someone and I make myself accountable I am more focused and I see that my goals for the week get done. This was instilled in me from my idea. Just like Kelly spoke about at the Fling we need to stretch our rubber bands so we grow. Deb handed out a great reminder of that! Thanks Leaders!
Believe in yourself and put your blinders on! Full Speed Ahead! J

 | This week confirmed my opinion that while goals are a great tool for focus we need to remain flexible with the plans we have! I had a child home from school with the flu for 3 days this week, so even though I could not complete the goals exactly as I had written them, I still consider myself successful. The way I adapted my week was by increasing what I had planned that could be done from home and accepting the fact that a couple of things that required leaving the house would have to wait for another week. It was great to have specific weekly tasks written out because that made my daily action steps more concrete!
